Why be a Vendor at the Top Perfumer Competition?

The Top Perfumer Competition is a curated fragrance event that combines the worlds of fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle, bringing together an engaged, experience-driven audience in an elevated environment. 


To support meaningful sales, attendees receive event 'bucks' as part of their admission, which can be spent directly with participating vendors in this unique marketplace for vendors. Additionally, guests have multiple opportunities to win extra 'bucks' throughout the event, reinforcing purchasing momentum and ensuring that the audience arrives with both interest and buying power. This structure is intentionally designed to encourage exploration, engagement, and on-site spending. 


Beyond transactions, vendors benefit from visibility within a thoughtfully curated experience that values storytelling, design, and connection. All participating vendors are required to follow strict aesthetic guidelines, ensuring a cohesive, high-end look and feel throughout the space, and creating a shopping experience that reflects the quality of the brands involved. 


The Top Perfumer Competition attracts a lifestyle-oriented audience that appreciates craftsmanship, independent brands, and discovery. By participating, vendors gain access to new customers, brand exposure, and the opportunity to be part of an industry-leading event. 


We are intentionally selecting a diverse group of vendors to create a balanced and compelling shopping experience. Interested brands are encouraged to complete the vendor application form. All submissions will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified if they are approved to participate. 10x10 space in the "shoppe" at our upcoming fragrance event. Promote your product or service on social media leading up to the event. Products and services will be available for purchase using both "bucks" and real money. Your brand will be featured in the digital playbill for the event, ensuring visibility in our marketplace for vendors. Additionally, there is an entry allowance for up to two representatives of your business to access the vending area.

 This is not a standard pop-up; it's  an immersive event with  built-in  purchasing incentives, and a focus on helping vendors succeed by ensuring  purchasing power and engagement with vendors  during the event.  


There are benefits to vendors before, during, and after the event:


Before the Event
Vendors are promoted across Top Perfumer's social media channels in the lead-up to the competition, introducing your brand to our audience of fragrance lovers, creatives, and cultural tastemakers. This pre-event visibility builds awareness and anticipation for your products before guests even arrive.


During the Event
On competition night, you gain direct access to an engaged audience. Guests use Bucks — event currency provided with admission and earned throughout the competition — to shop with you. This creates an active marketplace atmosphere where attendees are primed to explore, purchase, and discover new brands in real time.


After the Event
Your brand remains visible well beyond the night itself. All vendors are featured in the event’s Digital Playbill, distributed to attendees during the show, allowing guests to follow up, reconnect, and continue engaging with your products and services long after the competition ends.


Together, these elements create a complete promotional cycle: awareness before the event, meaningful engagement during the event, and sustained visibility afterward.


 No. While fragrance is at the heart of the Top Perfumer Competition, our vendor lineup is intentionally diverse. We welcome a curated mix of businesses offering beauty products, skincare, candles, body care, fashion, accessories, lifestyle goods, art, and other complementary products that enhance the overall experience for our guests. The Shoppe is designed as a discovery space, and we seek unique, high-quality brands that align with creativity, self-expression, and elevated personal style. 


We are seeking high-quality brands in fragrance, beauty, fashion,  lifestyle, wellness, home, art, jewelry, accessories, and related  industries that align with the event’s creative environment. 


 Vendor participation includes booth space, marketing exposure before and  after the event, access to a highly engaged audience with "bucks" to  spend with vendors, and on-site support.  


 All interested vendors must complete the application form. Applications  are reviewed to ensure strong brand alignment, diversity of products and  services, and an elevated overall experience. Only approved vendors  will be invited to submit payment and finalize participation. 


 Yes — booth sharing is permitted only for vendors who select the  Sandalwood or Cedarwood packages, and only if each business submits its  own application and is accepted. Shared booths must present a single  cohesive aesthetic, and no more than two people total may staff the  space (max 1 representative per company).
