To support meaningful sales, attendees receive event “bucks” as part of their admission, which can be spent directly with participating vendors. In addition, guests have multiple opportunities to win additional "bucks" throughout the event, reinforcing purchasing momentum and ensuring that the audience arrives with both interest and buying power. This structure is intentionally designed to encourage exploration, engagement, and on-site spending.

We are intentionally selecting a diverse group of vendors to create a balanced and compelling shopping experience. Interested brands are encouraged to complete the vendor application form. All submissions will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified if they are approved to participate. Vendors are promoted across Top Perfumer's social media channels in the lead-up to the competition, introducing your brand to our audience of fragrance lovers, creatives, and cultural tastemakers. During the Event
On competition night, you gain direct access to an engaged audience. Guests use Bucks — event currency provided with admission and earned throughout the competition — to shop with you. We welcome a curated mix of businesses offering beauty products, skincare, candles, body care, fashion, accessories, lifestyle goods, art, and other complementary products that enhance the overall experience for our guests. The Shoppe is designed as a discovery space, and we seek unique, high-quality brands that align with creativity, self-expression, and elevated personal style.

All interested vendors must complete the application form. Applications are reviewed to ensure strong brand alignment, diversity of products and services, and an elevated overall experience. Only approved vendors will be invited to submit payment and finalize participation.
Yes — booth sharing is permitted only for vendors who select the Sandalwood or Cedarwood packages, and only if each business submits its own application and is accepted. Shared booths must present a single cohesive aesthetic, and no more than two people total may staff the space (max 1 representative per company).
